Who is Purple!? Where did he come from? How does he live? All will be revealed in the SAD Origin story of The Purple Rainbow Friend.
Plot[]
The short is in the style of a music video. We’re introduced to a guy named Purpley Purpleson, who was kidnapped by Red, and turned into the Purple Rainbow Friend.
We’re then told Purple one day slipped on a puddle of water and got trapped in a vent, but apparently the other Rainbow Friends thought he was too ugly, so they refused to help him out.
72 Years passed, and Purple was given no Food or Water, leading him to look all scary and skinny. Purple then got the idea to pull himself out, which he attempts to do so. But his Blood Sugar was so low, that couldn’t get out, leaving him trapped in his vent forever.

- This is the third short to have no dialogue, the first being "The BIRTH to DEATH of Bonnie!" and the second being "Baby Long Leg's EVIL Twin Sister".
- This is the second Rainbow Friends short to be released for ZAM, as EnchantedMOB is inactive.
- Steve was called Purpley Purpleson at the beginning of the short.
- Short looks like a musical because of the music it contains.
- In the thumbnail, Red controls Purple with a remote, but in the short, he doesn't.
- This was the first Rainbow Friends short to be transferred to Latin Spanish before "Poppy Playtime VS Rainbow Friends".
