DogDay is a member of the Smiling Critters who appears in Poppy Playtime Chapter 3: Deep Sleep.

In the chapter's intro video, he & the rest of the Smiling Critters are in a house, sleepless. CatNap arrives & everyone asks him to use his Poppy Gas to help them sleep. This only makes them laugh insanely & lump unconscious.
His Bigger Body version is found in the Playhouse, whose lower half has been cut off due to CatNap's actions. He urges the player to help Poppy end all the bad things that have happened in Playtime Co. before being controlled by the mini-Smiling Critters that crawl into him, wherein he tells the player to leave before he is fully possessed.
