An opening cutscene plays, which is a commercial about Poppy. After such, there is an offer to come and go to the factory, only revealing a flower painted on the wall. You then get a message from Playtime Co. to meet them at the "flower".
You arrive at the factory & listen to Leith Pierre talk about the security system via VHS Tape. Hover over to the security office and there's a certain code to use to enter it. The gift shop gives answers through a train: green, pink, yellow, red. You do this on the Rubik's cube styled coding machine, granting you access. Find a VHS to reveal an item to be used: the GrabPack. Once you get it, you use it to enter the main area, featuring the main man himself, Huggy Wuggy.
You place the blue hand on a sensor, but the power goes off, with Huggy suddenly having a key to the power room, which you take from him. Once power is restored, Huggy has now disappeared and starts lurking around the factory. You enter what seems to be a cargo bay, finding 4 batteries and a VHS log featuring Rich & Avery, 2 former employees. The former complains about how business isn't properly managed around the place.
Once you get the 4 aforementioned batteries, the claw activates, giving you the red hand. You then restore power for a vent like area leading to Make-A-Friend, where you also do power jobs for the 3rd time in the game (and access a VHS tape of an interview with employee Stella Graybur). Once the machines in the facility are activated, you get a Cat-Bee toy and you exit, but Huggy gets in the way to chase you in the vents. To stop him from chasing further, make a crate near the vent exit fall down, and so will he, leaving blood stains.
In the maze to the flower, you will find the last VHS tape about a scientist telling about an experiment haunting everyone in the factory, presumably Huggy. Finally, you reach the flower after listening, seeing a home-like interior leading to Poppy in a case. You open it, with everything cuts to black, with the latter speaking, "You opened my case."
